Thursday 5/26 Plans

 Good morning everything. It's Thursday, and we are getting close to memorial day weekend. 

Floral is getting pallets today, each store is getting one pallet. All stores are delivered.

Remember what I texted about from my boss - the store that is consistently the most well taken care of throughout the month of June is going to be getting a $50 gift card directly from her. This means we need to be maintaining all of our watering, coming up with visually appealing displays, keeping our area tidy, and staying up to date with all of our pricing. Please also remember to remove any plastic from Orchids if you had not in the last week or so. This is a simple mistake coming out of Mother's Day, but sadly, we do not get the ability to do that all the time.

Garden is looking a bit rainy today. Or maybe a lot rainy. This can affect our work today. It may mean that you cannot get very much done. This is going to depend heavily on how the rain is looking overall, the state of your garden center, the amount of product, etc. I have a few people on the schedule that I think will have a shorter day.

 At the bare minimum, all product should be watered, which would be greenhouse product, racked product, and product that may not get hit well by the rain (displays under a overhang, etc)
All new product should be uncovered from plastic, signed, and set up to sell off racks. 

If you think you can get a short day in today due to the weather, I'm all for it. I just need to speak with everyone first to make sure that we are getting specifics done per store.
