checklist has been added for the garden delivery page - it's not totally done but helpful if you need it.
Garden is going to feel pretty full at this point. It's always good to take a look at the bigger picture. Sometimes, to get things to fit, you might have to make the triangle moves. Move one product to here to make space here to put this there. It's not always an easy - where's space? It's more like - where should I put this logically, and what can I move to make that happen?
When you are merchandising on racks - consider the location. Is this rack around product that makes sense? Or are we just putting it wherever? Do we have product hung up? Are the greenhouses shoppable? Is like product over like product? Are we using our planogrammed spaces? Have we condensed everything to make more space?
During this time, when you are wishing that I was there - don't worry. I also wish I was there to help you. But during these times I need to prioritize. Please do not feel afraid to double, triple, quadruple text me. Call me. Facetime me. I don't care. I am more worried that you are able to get the help that you need and get the answers for your questions.

Floral delivery
All stores are receiving three pallets except for Grove City, which is getting two pallets.
I expect you to have backstock at this point in time. Currently at Canal Winchester and Reynoldsburg, I have about 9 boxes of backstock. I have been prioritizing bulbs for backstock because those are the easiest items for us to shock in the cooler to avoid overblooming, etc. Please make sure to work that backstock out before you start working on your Wednesday delivery. Do not be afraid to ask for more space - the worse thing they can do is say no. The best way to go about it - find the team lead you like most, or the one I've told you is the best. Say "Hello, I have a lot of great product, but not enough space to get it all out. Is there anything else that we could do? I have some of x, y, and z to fill with." If they seem like they can't get it out at that moment, you can always see if you can help. A lot of times stores will have extra tables around the store that they can put out along the checklanes. This is ideal time for that.
My plans for Wednesday - I will be starting my day early at Lancaster to assist with some small issues. Then I will be dedicating the rest of the day to Gahanna, as long as all goes to plan. If you have completed your work and are available, I may need more help at other stores. Please reach out to me if you are done and are willing to assist at other stores.
