Wednesday 6/22 plans

Rack counts for delivery today
114 Gahanna 5 racks
144 Lancaster 6 racks
212 Reynoldsburg 6 racks
234 Grove City 5 racks
246 Canal 8 racks

Rain coming around 2pm- check your radar and hourly to confirm. It's looking like a thunderstorm so garden centers may need to close down. Please plan to finish your work before then if possible. I need all stores- first in- check all watering needs. Water anything that is overly dry to prevent it from sitting dry all day before the rain starts. Otherwise, let the rain do your watering today. Make sure to water all racks and anything under an overhang that doesn't get hit by rain.

Most stores are receiving a little bit over everything on this delivery. Some more hanging baskets, some instablooms, more heatllvers, and then some newer patio planters. A lot of us are lacking on front end cap worthy product so this is going to be a good day.

Store specific- I'll be at gahanna today so no specific notes about Gahanna

Grove city - we just did a big flip of the front tables, so any major rearranging is likely not going to be good. We should work on condensing the heat lovers to try to work the new product in where possible. Do not forget to check the front displays by the doors. We may want to put another rack of product down there, like the $8.99 planters or something else full sun. Make sure to condense the dragons breath back together so we can use the wave petunia table endcap for new product. (New wave medly coming in today. Maybe that?)
Do not forget to check inside hanging baskets - sprinklers are missing chunks on each trellis

Canal- there was a mix up in the schedule yesterday. I believe everything got finished watering but I do believe you'll need to spot check your watering this AM to make sure nothing dries out before the rain comes. I did some pruning in your geraniums yesterday but the bees made it tough to do a lot of it. It needs cleaned up and rearranged. I think we can purge just about all of the remaining amore baskets and planters cause they look old, even with them reblooming. I think the sunflowers right there might not be the best choice because it does attract a lot of bees to the front table. Let me know what you end up doing.

Lancaster - I am expecting a pretty big flip for your front tables. I'd like 6pks put back up onto racks if needed to make sure that we have the new product on the front tables and make Johanna happy. Monica, you should have an idea of what we were wanting to keep out there but let's chat once you've gotten in and looked over your racks so we can figure out a game plan.

Thanks all. Keep me updated and send me pictures of any new table displays.
