THURSDAY PLANS BIG DAY BE GREAT PLEASE 5/19
Good morning!! It's 7am and I'm mustering all the positive energy this way so that we can do our best to IMPRESS THE BOSS LADY.
Floral - all stores already delivered
Pallet counts are as such
114 gahanna 3
144 Lancaster 2
212 Reynoldsburg 3
234 grove city 2
246 canal Winchester 3
Please note × today's floral delivery includes hibiscus and a bit more that needs separated from your inside stuff and taken outside. This is garden product that in managed through the floral budget. Floral, please assist garden if you can in getting these product out there. I sent an email informing stores but not everyone reads all the emails. Pallets may need separated in the back with a fork lift and then moved into the garden center on pallets.
Otherwise - try to make it your best work. Use wet floor signs, water everything first and well and then move onto building displays. Make sure to tidy up all displays and use accurate signage. Call me with any floral concerns, I don't always check texts very fast.
Garden - it is your responsibility to make sure that the hibiscus gets outside ASAP so it can be taken out of the boxes or plastic they arrived in. They came in last time looking not so hot so hopefully these will look better. They should be merchandised out front if possible in full sun.
Garden rack counts are as follows * as of now, grove city and canal Winchester have not been delivered
114 8
144 2
212 6
234 6
246 12
Remember your priorities today.
Get in, move racks to the front and remove plastic so they may be easily shopped from
Water - DONT FORGET DISPLAYS OUTSIDE KF GARDEN CENTER - ie store entrance displays
Build displays with like product from the front back (meaning start with your main front tables and work your way back into the rest of the garden center)
Condense, reorganize, condense, reorganize. This is the most efficient way to get product moving off racks onto tables.
PRUNE/CLEAN
Something that might have fit best on your front tables before may not now. We need to be creating new displays regularly as we get in new product. We can also restock our displays with new product if we are still shipping in those same items regularly. It's a lot of moving product but it's worth it because moving product and fresh product looking clean on an end cap sells fast.
Please call me with any concerns today. I will be walking stores with my boss.
