Today in garden is prep for memorial day weekend, there is going to be heavy customer service higher traffic. We should not be trying to dip out early today. Remember to always start with your basics, pull the rack out, take the plastic off, and then set your displays. The important things to know today, WE WILL BE GETTING 6 PACKS. This is going to be a major point in confusion in pricing, if they are not separated from 8 packs for today, unless you have a clear designated spot for 6 packs. I would keep the 6 packs on the rack, if you do take them off the rack, keep them away from the 8 packs or very clearly sign it.
Next important thing to talk about is the 10.0 hanging baskets that have started coming in. As a reminder THESE ITEMS ARE GOING ON SALE TOMORROW! They are currently 9.99 they will be 2 for 14. This will be our best chance to sell them and push them out, what I would like to do with the hanging baskets is keep them on racks, and organize them by type. Keeping the product together will make signage easier, and will also increase our sale purchases. It's also going to be beneficial to separate sun and shade onto separate racks. If possible I would love to make up a sign with sharpie or something that you have in the store, to mark what is the shade racks and the sun racks because the tags don't tell you.
I know it's kinda dreary and misty in some areas. But we should still be doing our watering, our primary focus will be cover areas, greenhouse, racks, etc. Otherwise I would imaging watering needs won't need to be met that much. Any other questions let me know, but it's my daughter's birthday so I won't be reachable after 2. Have a good day!
