The BIGGEST ITEMS WE NEED TO WORK ON -
WATERING - the weather changed dramatically. We need to change our watering dramatically.
PRICING - signage needs to MOVE WITH THE PRODUCT. We are having a lot of issues across the board keeping our signage together. If you need more, make a list and give it to a manager! They can help you.
CLEANILNESS - we should be sweeping up after our messes, cleaning up tables, and trying to get product off the floor at first chance.
I don't wanna bug everyone but I'm gonna keep beating this into your brains until I see overall improvement.

Look at it this way - much of this product can be totally wilted and toss worthy in a matter of ONE DAY of neglect. That means that ONE BAD DAY can ruin the overall sales of a good chunk of product. Don't let that bad day be yours.

There is a chance of rain this afternoon but not big enough to rely on.

How to water as required for hotter days - walk from display to display. Actively 'skipping' areas due to laziness is very obvious and is unacceptable. Do NOT skimp on watering. It is the MAIN CONCERN outside of front table organization and I cannot excuse it. We have hot days ahead of us and plants need watered thouroughly and completely. Walk from display to display, regardless of being under a sprinkler or not. Do a weight check - kinda heavy isn't what we want, we want heavy product. Walk a table, put your hose up and under the plant to get into the soil (preventing bald spots) and water until you start to see some drippage from the bottom. This is true for just about everything. Water your hanging baskets first, and then your table. This will allow some extra watering for the bottom trays before you start on them. Overly dry product shrinks away from the pot, allowing excess water to go down the sides, which can prevent your best watering. Allowing some water to get into the small pots ahead of time increases it's overall ability to accept the water and makes for better watering.

Water greenhouses/hot houses early - these are getting hotter during the day and you'll want to avoid this. This does not apply to grove city or canal who have the transitional room instead of the greenhouse.

Many stores are recieiving proven winner product today. Make sure to condense and reorganize your product to make sure that proven winner product goes onto the front table display. We should move other product to make this happen.

Delivery plans per store

Gahanna - water, focus on front tables, have product out for display early to increase overall sell through
Madison 9-3/4
Haley 9-3/4
Nathan 9-3/4
Rachel (half day)
Atira (12:30-3:30)

Lancaster - water everything as soon as you arrive. Hit every display, including by front doors. Check on product at grocery side doors, water. Recondense and reorganize EVERY table and EVERY end cap. Focus planters and hanging baskets onto front doors, and flats inside. Flats may only go on tables if they match the theme. ie- Amore flats/Amore planters/amore baskets. Please only place flats vertically on tables if neccessary- many of our product has enough space to run horizontally, which is always the preference.

Grove City - First to arrive - start watering. Water cart may or may not have been fixed. If it was fixed, it will be helpful to water your front display. If not, youll need to pull your garden product displayed at the home side door onto a flat cart, bring it to your hose, and water it. Then return it to it's display. Same for the rack of hanging baskets by the door. Youll also need to do the same thing with the two racks next to the fountain. Get all the tables in the front, in the transitional room, and also in the gated area. The sprinklers are not hitting everything evenly, especially the Proven Winner table (first table). Work product out by theme and fill, leave rest on racks to sell through.
