Mother's Day overview
Mother's Day week is on us! We are going to be getting a TON of product this week. We also have sales this week that we need to make sure has accurate signage ASAP so that we can properly sell it. Here is the overall view for the week

Friday - Floral delivery. No garden. High 63 low 54 chance of rain
Saturday - No floral delivery but mandatory floral visit. All backstock should be out of backstock by noon. Garden delivery. High 66 low 50. Partly cloudy
Sunday - Mothers day - no additional call offs allowed. No tardies or call offs - do your best to be at work on time and ready to go. This is a heavy customer service day. Garden delivery. High of 70 and low of 48. Partly cloudy.
Floral departments should look their best. Keep up on your cleaning. Avoid backstocking warm product at all costs. Keep backstock to bulbs and cut flowers.
Garden center should be placed via planogram whenever possible. Bring out the spring product to promote sells before they don't look good anymore - pansies, snapdragons, mums, pocketbooks, etc. Lots of garden product on sell this week. Make sure to focus on getting those towards the front and a sale sign on every display with that product on it.
There is a very likely planned visit from the corporate office the week following Mother's Day. This will be one of the first times that our corporate office will be visiting the Columbus market. Everything should look it's best. Everything should be clean. Please assist me by making sure that we are working together and separately to do our very best. If this meeting does not go well, I may die. I'll most definitely cry.
